When you submit the form, we forward the information you provide to our vetted, licensed roofing partner so that they can contact you about your roofing request. We do not sell your information to third-party marketers or spammers. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Our relationship with the roofing partner

Florida Roof Rescue is compensated by our roofing partner when we refer a customer. Our service is free for you to use. We earn a referral commission from the roofing partner if your referral leads to work. This compensation does not change the price you pay the partner for any roofing work.

By submitting our form, you consent to being contacted by us and by our roofing partner (by phone, text, or email) about your roofing request. You may opt out of further contact at any time by telling us or the partner directly.

Data retention and deletion

We keep the information you submit only as long as needed to provide the referral service and to meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing privacy@floridaroofrescue.com. We will delete your information within a reasonable time after verifying your request, except where we are required to retain it by law.
