We do not perform, supervise, or manage any roofing work, and we make no warranties, express or implied, about any work performed by any contractor. Our only role is to connect you with a vetted, licensed local partner who may be able to help with your roofing request.

The roofing partner performs all work

When you submit our form, we connect you with a vetted, licensed local partner. That partner—not Florida Roof Rescue—performs all roofing work and is solely responsible for it, including any estimates, contracts, pricing, scheduling, licensing, permits, workmanship, warranties, and outcomes. Any agreement for roofing work is strictly between you and the roofing partner.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee pricing, availability, response times, the quality of any work, or any particular outcome. Submitting a request does not create any obligation, and the roofing partner may decline or be unable to take on your project.

Accuracy and limitation of liability

Our website and service are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the information on our website is complete, current, or error-free.
